		<description>Besides the baudrate for the serial port, I also suggest you add in an option to change the refresh rate of the GPS module (this can be done with a PMTK command). Some GPS modules update their position up to 5Hz (5 times per second) which will give you a faster and more accurate placement of the pin on the map.

Actually, the 19200 baudrate is actually to low for a 5Hz refresh rate. in the video on my blog, I set my module to a refresh rate off 3Hz, which is already a lot better than 1Hz.
